Shallot Mignonette Oysters
Ingredients:
2 whole shallots
1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
1 Tbs Salt
2 Tbs Sugar
Method
1. Peel and finely dice shallots
2. Place in a bowl and add in salt, sugar and red wine vinegar and stir well
3. Spoon mix into oysters
Dressing can be left to sit to intensify flavours or can be used straight away
