When You’re Eligible for a Refund
Refunds are available if a product is:
- Faulty or defective
- Significantly different from its description
- Not fit for its intended purpose
Please note that refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect choice
- Misuse of the product
Proof of Purchase & Timeframes
To process a refund, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide proof of purchase. We may request photographic evidence to support your claim. The timeframe considered “reasonable” depends on the type of product. For example, perishable goods have a shorter expected shelf life than pantry or household items.
How Refunds Are Processed
All approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
- You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- If a product has a minor issue, we may choose to replace or refund the item.
Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of fresh and perishable products, refund requests must be made within a reasonable time of purchase, based on the product’s expected shelf life.
Conditions for Online Orders
To ensure clarity and compliance with Australian Consumer Law:
- Refunds will not be issued for online orders that are not collected on the chosen collection date.
- Please ensure you can pick up your items at the scheduled time to avoid any inconvenience.
- For all other online refund queries, our standard refund policy applies.
