7. Mangia Members Terms and Conditions
The Mangia Members program is offered by LaManna and is available for personal use only. By joining the program, you agree to the following:
Points
- Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store at LaManna.
- Points can be redeemed in the Rewards Store.
- Points expire 18 months after the date they are earned.
Rewards and Gifts
- Rewards and gifts can be redeemed in-store at the register or via the me&u ordering portal.
- Rewards must be presented or applied before payment.
- Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
- Each reward or gift is single use and expires one month after activation unless otherwise stated.
Birthday Vouchers
- Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- They cannot be used to purchase liquor or gift cards.
Coffee Punch Card Program
- The free coffee offer applies to the Café and Illy Bar only.
- Free coffee rewards apply to a regular coffee. Any modifications may incur an extra charge.
- Punches for the Coffee Card must be collected at the register.
- Only one punch can be collected per purchase.
LaManna App
The LaManna app is provided for customer convenience and access to features such as Mangia Members, digital rewards, punch cards, offers and account information. By using the app, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- App content, offers, and features may change at any time.
- Digital rewards must be applied or shown before payment.
- The app may display personalised content based on your activity and preferences.
- LaManna is not responsible for service interruptions caused by device issues, connectivity problems or third-party platforms.
- Updates to the app may be required for continued functionality.
Program Changes
LaManna may update or change the Mangia Members program or its Terms at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, LaManna is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from your use of our website, products or services. This includes indirect or consequential losses.
