FAQs
How do points work?
You can earn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store at LaManna and online orders (me&u) at the Cafe and Fornoria. Points can be redeemed in the Mangia Members Rewards Store and expire 18 months after they are earned.

How do I redeem rewards?
You can visit the Rewards Store in the Mangia Members app or the online portal to purchase a reward item using points.
Once purchased, the reward item becomes a Gift in your account, which can then be redeemed at the register.
When redeeming Gifts in-store, you must have the gift item (e.g. Bolognese Lasagne) present at checkout and tell the register attendant that you wish to redeem the item. Gifts can also be redeemed through online ordering (me&u) if the reward item is from the Cafe or Fornoria menu.
Note: Gifts are single-use, expire one month after activation unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How does the coffee punch card work?
The Coffee Punch Card lets you earn a free regular coffee after buying 10 coffees at the Cafe or Illy Bar.
Each coffee purchase counts as one punch, and only one punch can be earned per transaction. Members must scan at the register to collect their punch.
Free regular coffees must be redeemed at the register. Any modifications, such as a larger size or extra shots, may incur an additional charge.
