Store Information

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our Essendon Fields store is open 8am–7pm Monday to Friday, and 8am–6pm on weekends.

  • What are your Café opening hours?

    Our café opens from 6:30am for coffee, 8am for breakfast, and 11am for lunch. Kitchen service closes at 3pm, with coffee available until 5pm.

  • What are Fornoria’s opening hours?

    Fornoria is open daily from 8am to 4pm, serving Pizza al Taglio, Schiacciata, Suppli and Dolce.

  • Do you sell alcohol?

    Yes, we do. Alcohol is available for purchase at our Essendon Fields store.

  • Do you allow pets in-store?

    Dogs are allowed in store if they are an assistance or companion if they are clearly identified by a collar, coat or harness.

  • Do you offer organic, vegan or gluten free products?

    Yes, we do. You’ll find a wide range of organic, vegan, gluten-free and other specialty products throughout our supermarket.

  • Do you sell fresh flowers?

    Yes, we do. We stock a beautiful selection of fresh flowers every day, including seasonal bunches and ready-to-go arrangements in vases.

  • Do you have public toilets?

    Toilets are available at our Essendon Fields store in Aisle 15 of our grocery department, including an accessible toilet.

  • How long does it take to receive a refund?

    Once your return is processed, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.

  • Are there any items that cannot be refunded or exchanged?

    Certain perishable goods, gift cards, and clearance items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please check the product details or contact us for clarification.

  • What is your refund policy?

    We offer refunds for items that are damaged, incorrect, or not as described. Please contact us as soon as possible with your receipt or order details. 

  • Can I exchange an item?

    Yes, exchanges are available for products that are damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory. Bring the item and your receipt to the store, or contact us if it was an online order. 

  • How do I request a refund or exchange for an online order?

    Contact us via lamanna.com.au/contact-us our customer service tea m via email or phone with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.

Click & Collect

  • Do you offer delivery?

    We currently offer click & collect only. All online orders, including cakes, catering boxes, and ready-to-bake meals, are available for collection from our Essendon Fields store.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna

  • Can I pre-order in advance?

    Yes, all items in our online store can be pre-ordered. Simply choose your preferred pick-up date and time at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for collection at Essendon Fields.

  • What times can I collect my online order?

    Click & Collect orders can be picked up in 1-hour time slots between 10am and 5pm, 7 days a week 10am and 5pm, 7 days a week. Each slot has limited availability, so if your preferred time is unavailable, please select an alternative. 

    Orders are collected from the Click & Collect Sign next to the Patisserie at our Essendon Fields store. 

  • Can I order items for different dates?

    If you need items for different dates, please place separate orders. Each order can only be scheduled for one collection date and time.

  • I need to change my online order. Who do I contact?

    If you need to make changes to your online order, please call our store on (03) 9026 9205 as soon as possible. Have your order number ready so we can assist you.

  • What is The Tasting Table?

    It’s our official taste-testing program where participants get early access to new LaManna products and share feedback to help us improve.   

  • Who can join the Tasting Table?

    Anyone! Whether you’re a passionate foodie or just love discovering something new, we welcome all voices, as long as you’re keen to try, comfortable creating content, and local to the area. 

  • Is there a cost to join the Tasting Table?

    No, it’s completely free. We simply ask for your honest feedback and content in return for trying new and exciting creations.

  • How do I sign up?

    Just click here to join and fill out a quick form. Then keep an eye on your inbox for your first tasting invite.

  • How does the Tasting Table work?

    After registering, we’ll email you whenever a new tasting is available. RSVP to confirm your spot, then collect your tasting from LaManna Essendon Fields. Try it at home, capture a photo or video, and submit your feedback using the link provided.

  • How often will I be contacted?

    It varies! We’ll reach out and email you when there’s something new to try. It could be once a month or every few weeks, depending on what’s in development.

  • Do I have to participate every time?

    Not at all. Each tasting is optional. You only need to RSVP when you want to participate. If you’re not interested in a particular tasting, simply ignore the email.

  • Do I need to collect tastings in person?

    Yes, participants will need to pick up their tasting products from either the front desk or the Patisserie counter at LaManna. We’ll provide all the details with each tasting invite to make it easy for you. 

  • Can I post on social media?

    Yes, but we ask that you refrain from posting until the product officially launches. Please submit your photos or videos directly to LaManna, and if your content stands out, we may feature it on our channels. Don’t worry, we will let you know when the product is ready to be shared.

  • Will I be rewarded or compensated?

    You’ll get to try new products for free, and from time to time, we may offer exclusive perks or surprises as a thank-you for providing great content.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Do you have gift cards available?

    Yes! Physical gift cards can be purchased at any checkout, and you can choose any value. They can be redeemed at our Essendon Fields store.

    We also offer digital gift cards online, perfect for gifting. Please note that e-gift cards are valid for in-store purchases only.

  • Can I buy digital gift cards online?

    Yes! Our e-gift cards can be purchased online and are perfect for gifting. They can be redeemed in-store only.

  • How do I use the e-gift card?

    You can scan the barcode received via email or add the card to your digital wallet for easy scanning at checkout.

    Please note that e-gift cards are valid for in-store purchases only.   

  • Can I add the e-gift card to my digital wallet?

    Yes! The email containing your e-gift card includes buttons to add the card to both Google and Apple Wallets easily.   

  • How do I check the balance of my e-gift card?

    Visit any of our point-of-sale registers and have the cashier scan your gift card to check the remaining balance.   

  • Does the e-gift card expire?

    LaManna e-gift cards do not expire. This complies with Australian consumer law.   

  • How do I activate the e-gift card?

    Upon successful payment, the gift card is activated in our point-of-sale software and ready for use during your next shopping trip.   

  • Can I get a refund on my e-gift card?

    Refunds are possible only for unused gift cards. Please consult our customer service staff for specific details and assistance.
