How do I join Mangia Members?
You can sign up through the app or online. You’ll need a valid email address and a mobile number entered in the format 614XXXXXXXX (no spaces) to create your account.
Once your account is set up and you’ve added your digital wallet, you can start scanning and earning points straight away.
How do I add my digital wallet?
Go to mangia.lamanna.com.au/member/walletpass
Note: iPhone users, you must use Safari while adding your digital wallet.
How do Mangia Points work?
Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store and online orders (me&u) at the Cafe, Fornoria, Canteen and Patisserie. Points can be redeemed in the Mangia Members Rewards Store and expire 18 months after they are earned.
Mangia Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
Points earned on website purchases are coming soon.
Can I share points with others?
Points cannot be shared or transferred between different Mangia Members accounts at this time.
For households, the easiest option is to use one Mangia Members account and share the same digital card. Multiple people in the household can save the same digital card to their digital wallet and scan it at checkout, with all points collected in one place.
Will reward store items change?
Yes. Reward store items are refreshed from time to time, with products added based on seasonality, availability, and what our members love most.
How do I redeem rewards?
You can visit the Rewards Store in the Mangia Members app or the online hub to claim an item using points. Once claimed, the item becomes a Gift in your account, which can then be redeemed in-store at the register.
When redeeming Gifts in-store, you must tell the register attendant you wish to redeem a reward item. Gifts can also be redeemed through online ordering (me&u) if the reward item is from the Cafe, Fornoria, Canteen or Patisserie menu.
Gifts are single-use, expire 30-days after activation unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How does the punch card work?
The digital coffee punch card lets you earn a FREE coffee after buying 10 coffees from the Cafe or Illy Bar.
Members must scan at the register to collect their punch. Each coffee purchased counts as a punch.
Members must show their completed punch card at the register to redeem their FREE coffee. The coffee punch card can be viewed in the online hub or in the Mangia Members app.
What are your opening hours?

Our Essendon Fields store is open 8am – 7pm Monday to Friday, and 8am – 6pm on weekends.
Do you sell alcohol?
Yes, we do. Alcohol is available for purchase at our Essendon Fields store.
Do you allow pets in-store?
Dogs are allowed in store if they are an assistance or companion if they are clearly identified by a collar, coat or harness.
Do you offer organic, vegan or gluten free products?
Yes, we do. You’ll find a wide range of organic, vegan, gluten-free and other specialty products throughout our supermarket.
Do you sell fresh flowers?
Yes, we do. We stock a beautiful selection of fresh flowers every day, including seasonal bunches and ready-to-go arrangements in vases.
Do you have public toilets?
Yes, we do. Toilets are available in Aisle 15 of our grocery department, including an accessible toilet.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is processed, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method.
Are there any items that cannot be refunded or exchanged?
Certain perishable goods, gift cards, and clearance items may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please check the product details or contact us for clarification.

How do I request a refund or exchange for an online order?

Do you offer delivery?
We currently offer click & collect only. All online orders, including cakes, catering boxes, and ready-to-bake meals, are available for collection from our Essendon Fields store.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, and Klarna.
Can I pre-order in advance?
Yes, all items in our online store can be pre-ordered. Simply choose your preferred pick-up date and time at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for collection at Essendon Fields.
What times can I collect my online order?
Click & Collect orders can be picked up in 1-hour time slots between 10am and 5pm, 7 days a week 10am and 5pm, 7 days a week. Each slot has limited availability, so if your preferred time is unavailable, please select an alternative.
Orders are collected from the Click & Collect Sign next to the Patisserie at our Essendon Fields store.
Can I order items for different dates?
If you need items for different dates, please place separate orders. Each order can only be scheduled for one collection date and time.
I need to change my online order. Who do I contact?

How do I sign up?

How does the Tasting Table work?
After registering, we’ll email you whenever a new tasting is available. RSVP to confirm your spot, then collect your tasting from LaManna Essendon Fields. Try it at home, capture a photo or video, and submit your feedback using the link provided.
How often will I be contacted?
It varies! We’ll reach out and email you when there’s something new to try. It could be once a month or every few weeks, depending on what’s in development.
Do I have to participate every time?
Not at all. Each tasting is optional. You only need to RSVP when you want to participate. If you’re not interested in a particular tasting, simply ignore the invitation email.
Do I need to collect tastings in person?
Yes, participants will need to pick up their tasting products from either the front desk or the Patisserie counter at LaManna. We’ll provide all the details with each tasting invite to make it easy for you.
Can I post on social media?
Yes, but we ask that you refrain from posting until the product officially launches. Please submit your photos or videos directly to LaManna, and if your content stands out, we may feature it on our channels. Don’t worry, we will let you know when the product is ready to be shared.
Will I be rewarded or compensated?
You’ll get to try new products for free, and from time to time, we may offer exclusive perks or surprises as a thank-you for providing great content.

LaManna e-gift cards do not expire. This complies with Australian consumer law.
How do I activate the e-gift card?
Upon successful payment, the gift card is activated in our point-of-sale software and ready for use during your next shopping trip.
