LaManna Supermarket is committed to providing quality services to you, and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.

We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The NPPs govern how we collect, use, disclose, store, secure, and dispose of your Personal Information.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the LaManna website, online store, digital services and in-store programs. By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Use of the Website

You agree to use the LaManna website for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website, its security, or its services.

All content on this site, including text, images, graphics and logos, is the property of LaManna and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use any content without written permission.

3. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, pricing and availability. Errors may occur, and LaManna reserves the right to correct these at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary from the item received.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order online, you confirm that the details provided are accurate. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices shown include GST unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase.

5. Catering Terms & Conditions

Quotes

Non-Business Customers

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days prior to your event
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable


Business / Account Holders

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
  • Payment is required within agreed 14-day account terms
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee


Invoices

Non-Business Customers

  • Full payment must be received at least 3 days prior to your event.
  • Order changes will be accommodated where possible, however may be limited due to supplier availability and notice periods.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will result in the 50% deposit being non-refundable.


Business / Account Holders

  • Payment is required within agreed 14-day account terms.
  • Order changes will be accommodated where possible, however may be limited due to supplier availability and notice periods.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

5. Refunds and Returns

Our Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases and forms part of these Terms. 

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and safeguard your information. It forms part of these Terms.

7. Mangia Members Terms and Conditions

The Mangia Members program is offered by LaManna and is available for personal use only. By joining the program, you agree to the following:

Points

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 spent in-store at LaManna. 
  • Points are earned for in-store purchases and online orders via me&u. Excludes purchases on gift cards and liquor.
  • Points earned on website purchases are coming soon.
  • Points can be redeemed in the Rewards Store.
  • Points expire 18 months after the date they are earned.


Rewards and Gifts

  • Rewards and gifts can be redeemed in-store at the register or via the me&u ordering portal.
  • Rewards must be presented or applied before payment.
  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with other offers.
  • Each reward or gift is single-use and expires one month after activation unless otherwise stated.


Birthday Vouchers

  • Get $20 off your shop when you spend $100 minimum.
  • $100 minimum spend must be made in a single transaction.
  • Birthday vouchers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Birthday vouchers cannot be used to purchase liquor or LaManna gift cards.


Digital Coffee Punch Card

  • Buy 10 coffees, get one free.
  • The free coffee offer applies to purchases made at the Café and Illy Bar.
  • Free coffee is the customer’s usual coffee order.
  • Punches for the Coffee Card must be collected at the register.
  • The free coffee must be redeemed at the register.


Mangia Members App

The Mangia Members app is provided for customer convenience and access to features such as Mangia Members, digital rewards, punch cards, offers and account information. By using the app, you agree to the following:

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • App content, offers, and features may change at any time.
  • Digital rewards must be applied or shown before payment.
  • The app may display personalised content based on your activity and preferences.
  • LaManna is not responsible for service interruptions caused by device issues, connectivity problems or third-party platforms.
  • Updates to the app may be required for continued functionality.


Program Changes

LaManna may update or change the Mangia Members program or its Terms at any time.

8. Gift Cards

In these Terms & Conditions, “Gift Card” refers to LaManna branded gift cards, including electronic gift cards (“E-Gift Cards”), issued by LaManna and redeemable at LaManna Essendon Fields only.

  1. Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods and services equal to the value stated on the Gift Card or the remaining balance after partial redemption.
  2. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for purchases made in-store at LaManna Supermarket. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for online purchases, unless otherwise stated.
  3. Gift Cards are partially redeemable. Where the value of a purchase is less than the remaining Gift Card balance, the unused balance will remain available on the Gift Card and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  4. If the total purchase amount exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the Gift Card holder will be required to pay the difference using an alternative payment method.
  5. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged, wholly or partly, for cash.
  6. The value displayed on a Gift Card includes GST.
  7. LaManna Gift Cards do not expire. Gift Cards can be redeemed at any time in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  8. E-Gift Cards are activated upon successful payment and are available for use once issued. E-Gift Cards are delivered via email and may be presented at checkout by scanning the barcode provided or by adding the E-Gift Card to a compatible digital wallet, including Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
  9. E-Gift Cards may also be printed and presented in-store, provided the barcode is clear and can be successfully scanned.
  10. The remaining balance of a Gift Card can be checked by presenting the Gift Card at any LaManna point-of-sale register.
  11. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
  12. LaManna is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Customers should treat Gift Cards as they would cash. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may only be replaced at LaManna’s discretion and where satisfactory proof of purchase is provided.
  13. If LaManna reasonably suspects fraud, misuse or unauthorised activity relating to a Gift Card, LaManna reserves the right to refuse redemption or cancel the Gift Card.
  14. Gift Cards cannot be refunded or returned, except where required by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law. Refund requests for unused Gift Cards may be considered by LaManna on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LaManna is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from your use of our website, products or services. This includes indirect or consequential losses.

10. Third Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. LaManna is not responsible for the content, accuracy or security on these external sites.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Victoria.

11. Changes to These Terms

LaManna may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
