Introducing our Hot Cross Buns
March 2, 2026

Filled Hot Cross Buns: Pistachio Papi & Bueno
Easter just got an upgrade with our Filled Hot Cross Buns. This year we’re serving up two indulgent favourites: Bueno and Pistachio Papi. Both made in-house by our bakers using fresh eggs, milk and butter, delivering a rich, soft bun that’s a step above the rest.
Baked fresh and filled generously, these aren’t your average hot cross buns. You’ll find them at the bakery stand near Fornoria, available individually or in a 3-pack, ready to enjoy while they’re at their best.
Traditional, Choc Chip & Fruitless
Easter at LaManna wouldn’t be complete without our signature Hot Cross Buns. This year we’re bringing back three favourites: Traditional Fruit, Choc Chip, and Fruitless. All made in-house, all baked with care, and all a step above the standard supermarket bun.
Our Hot Cross Buns are soft, fluffy, and made to be enjoyed fresh, not designed to sit on a shelf. Every batch is hand-made right here in Melbourne by our bakers, using recipes we’re proud to put our name on.

The LaManna Difference
Fresh egg and milk
We use fresh eggs and milk in our dough for a richer taste and a softer crumb.
Real butter
No substitutes. Real butter gives our buns their signature aroma and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
Our own curated spice blend
Warm, fragrant, and carefully balanced. We blend our spices in-house to enhance the dough without overpowering it.
Soft and fluffy by design
Light, pillowy, and tender, whether enjoyed fresh or lightly toasted.
Hand-made in Melbourne
Each batch is crafted locally by our bakers, not mass-produced.
