Which Drink Are You?

  1. Promoter: LaManna Supermarket Pty Ltd (ABN 52 126 913 602).
  2. Promotion Period: The quiz is open from 16 January 2026 until 28 February 2026. Entries into the prize draw close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Thursday, 29 January 2026.
  3. Eligibility: Open to Melbourne residents only. Employees of LaManna and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
  4. How to Enter: Participants must complete the online quiz via https://forms.lamanna.com.au/t/nUCPq8p4rKus. Upon completion, participants will:
    • Receive a 10% discount code valid for their next drink purchase.
    • Be automatically entered into the prize draw (if completed before the draw close date).
  5. Discount Code Conditions:
    • Expires 28 February 2026.
    • Discount applicable to online orders only placed through me&u.
    • Not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    • Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
  6. Prize Draw:
    • Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) drink card, with each card valid for five (5) free drinks, redeemable at LaManna Café or Canteen.
    • Winners will be drawn at random on Friday, 30 January 2026 and contacted using the details provided in the quiz submission.
      If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the prize may be forfeited and redrawn.
  7. Prize Conditions:

  3. Eligibility: Open to Melbourne residents only. Employees of LaManna and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
  4. How to Enter: 
    • To enter, participants must submit a name suggestion for the featured pastry by commenting their suggestion in the comments section of the competition post (https://www.instagram.com/p/DT1NIk6E0Zf/) during the Promotion Period.
    • Entries must be the original work of the entrant. Multiple entries are permitted; however, each entry must be unique.
  5. Judging:
    • This is a game of skill, not a game of chance. All valid entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and suitability for the product and the LaManna brand. The entry deemed the best by the Promoter will be selected as the winner.
  6. Prize:
    • One (1) winner will receive:
      • Twelve (12) pastries, and
      • One (1) $100 LaManna voucher.
    • Total prize value will vary depending on pastry selection.
  7. Prize Conditions:
    • The winning entry may be used by LaManna as the official product name and for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.

The Prize

  1. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any winner during participation in the prize.
  2. The stated prize value is the recommended retail value (including GST) in Australia as provided by the supplier. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize before acceptance by the winner. The promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, cancellation by 3rd parties or unforeseeable weather or natural disaster occurrences.
  3. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges’ decision is final and binding – no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected entries or other communications. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches or viruses. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize if the Promoter determines, in its sole discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.   5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any harm, illness, allergic reactions, or injuries caused by the use or consumption of the prize.
  6. If any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  7. The competition is in no way sponsored by or affiliated with Hilton Waikiki or Jetstar and their products. The prize is supplied by the promoter and will be collected by the promoter as directed by the promoter and delivered to the prize winner. If the prize is a voucher, details on how to redeem this voucher will be supplied to the winner 48-72 hours post-winner announcement.
