4 Burger buns, lightly toasted (Bakery)
8 LaManna Beef burger patties (Butcher)
40g White onion diced (Produce)
160g Acide cucumber pickles (Deli)
8 slices of Burger cheese (Aisle 2)
Method
Burger Sauce
- Combine all ingredients, season to taste.
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat frying pan or barbecue on high heat, meanwhile take 2 pieces of baking paper, place one on the bench, lay out the burger patties, place the second sheet of baking paper on top. Using a burger press or a flat object, squash the burgers slightly.
- Place 2 tbsps oil in the pan/on the BBQ, season the burgers with salt, cook until well caramelised on both sides.
- Place one slice of cheese on each patty, close the lid of the BBQ or place a lid/bowl on top of the burgers in the frying pan to allow the cheese to melt.
Building Instructions
- Spread burger sauce on top and bottom bun.
- Place one burger patty down, followed by ½ the diced onion and pickles.
- Place the second burger patty on top, followed by the other half of the diced white onion and pickles.
