About this recipe
Can I make the pavlova grazing board ahead of time?
You can prepare the fruit and cream ahead of time, but assemble the board just before serving so the pavlovas stay crisp.
What other fruits work well on a grazing board?
Cherries, grapes, peaches, figs, or any seasonal fruit all work beautifully. Add a mix for colour and texture.
Can I use a different topping instead of pistachios?
Yes, try toasted almonds, macadamias, coconut flakes, or chocolate shavings.
How do I keep pavlovas from becoming soggy?
Keep the cream separate until serving. Only top or scoop cream onto pavlovas when guests are ready to eat.
