1 x packet LaManna cooked prawns
¼ Iceberg lettuce, roughly chopped
½ Avocado, diced
½ lime juiced
1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 punnet baby cucumbers cut into spears
½ bunch chervil picked
¼ bunch of chives chopped
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Marie Rose sauce
175g Kewpie mayo
20g Heinz tomato ketchup
10g Worcestershire sauce
10 g Horseradish
Pinch of cayenne pepper
A dash of Frank’s Hot Sauce
Salt to taste
Method
- For the Marie Rose sauce, combine all ingredients, store in the fridge until ready to use.
- Dress the diced avocado with extra virgin olive oil and lime juice.
- Place the shredded iceberg at the bottom of the martini glass, followed by the diced avocado.
- Place three cucumber spears on one side of the martini glass, and hook five prawns around the remaining rim of the glass.
- Spoon over 2-3 tablespoons of the marie rose on top of the avocado.
- Garnish with chervil, chives and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
