Our Rockling Burger is Asian cuisine-inspired, with big flavours that are surprisingly easy to create. Visit our seafood section to find fresh rockling fillets, and create a tempura beer batter, then make a fresh, tangy tartare sauce, a freshly pickled red onion, and top with melted cheese!
Our Mushroom Katsu Burger is a hit, pairing delicious confit field mushrooms from our produce aisle, which are then coated in a panko crumb and fried, and topped with kewpie mayo, fresh cabbage, spring onion, and coriander, then finished with golden curry and cucumber pickles!
