The LaManna Rotisserie is Back

From Thursday 1 October, the rotisserie is back at LaManna. Our chefs are serving a brand new range of hot, ready-to-eat meals in the Canteen, for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. The Rotisserie is open 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 6pm on weekends.
Free range chicken, brined for 24 hours
The star of the menu is Free Range Lilydale chicken. Our chefs brine every bird for 24 hours, then coat it in our signature blend of herbs and spices before it hits the rotisserie. The result is juicy, full-flavoured chicken that Nonna would happily serve at her own table.
We took our cue from the grab-and-go combos Erewhon is famous for and gave them an Italian twist. Think fresh, flavour-packed combinations for busy days, when you want something quick and easy that still feels like a proper meal. Now available at the Canteen.

That’s 100 chickens up for grabs every day. We cook 25 fresh chickens at each of 10am, 12pm, 2pm and 4pm, so there are four chances a day to win one hot from the rotisserie.
