6 to 8 White dinner rolls
250g Philadelphia cream cheese
100g Butter
150g Mozzerella, grated
50g Parmesan, shaved
4 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 Bunch of parsley, picked, chopped
Pinch of salt
Drizzle of olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
- Cut the top off of each dinner roll & scoop out some of the soft bread inside, set aside.
- Place butter & garlic into a saucepan and cook over a low heat until garlic begins to go translucent, remove from heat.
- Combine garlic butter with cheeses & parsley and combine well.
- Spoon mix generously into each dinner roll.
- Place on a lined baking tray along with the tops of dinner rolls, cut side up.
- Season everything with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
