Think your points didn’t come through? Here’s how to get them sorted.
How to Submit a Missed Points Request
Through the app:
- Open the app and navigate to More > Help & Support > Missed Points. Fill in your purchase details and submit your request.
Online:
- Prefer to do it on your desktop or in your browser? Submit your request online.
Before You Submit
To help us track down your missing points, have the following handy:
- Your transaction receipt or proof of purchase
- The phone number linked to your Mangia Members account
A Few Things to Keep in Mind
- Points are earned on in-store purchases and orders via me&u (website ordering is coming soon).
- Liquor and Gift Card purchases are not eligible for points, so these won’t appear on your account.
- Points expire 18 months after they’re earned, so it’s worth checking your balance regularly.
