How to Pick Up Your Click & Collect Order
- Check your order confirmation
After placing your Click & Collect order, you’ll receive an email confirming your collection time and instructions.
- Look out for your SMS reminder
We’ll send you a text message the day before your pickup to remind you of your collection time.
- Go to the store
Arrive at our Essendon Fields store during your chosen 1-hour time slot between 10am and 5pm, 7 days a week. Don’t worry if you’re a little late, your order will still be ready.
- Collect your order
Pick up your items from the black Click & Collect Sign next to the Patisserie. All orders are pre-packed for you, so there’s no need to bring bags.
