Troubleshooting your account

I didn’t receive points for my purchase

Points are usually added within a few minutes of your transaction. If they’re missing:

  1. Make sure you scanned your digital wallet pass or provided your phone number before payment
  2. Check your transaction history in the app or visit mangia.lamanna.com.au/member/activity
  3. Points can take up to 24 hours to appear in rare cases

If points still haven’t appeared after 24 hours, contact us with your receipt, name and phone number.

My reward isn’t showing as a gift

After purchasing from the Rewards Store:

  • Check the Gifts section in the app or web portal — it should appear there immediately
  • Try logging out and back in to refresh your account
  • The free coffee reward applies to cafés at the Café and Illy Bar only
  • Make sure the reward purchase completed successfully (check your points balance)

My gift won’t redeem at the register

Common reasons a gift might not redeem:

  • The gift has expired (gifts expire 30 days after being claimed)
  • Your digital wallet pass wasn’t scanned before the staff tried to apply it
  • They’ll see the completed card on their system and apply it to your purchase
  • The gift doesn’t match the item you’re purchasing (e.g., a café gift can’t be used on grocery items)

I can’t log in to my account

Your account uses email-based 2FA (no password required):

  1. Go to https://mangia.lamanna.com.au
  2. Click the Login / Sign Up button
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your inbox for the 2FA code and enter the code to log in

If you’re not receiving the 2FA code:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you’re using the email address you registered with
  • Wait a few minutes and try again

My barcode won’t scan

If your digital wallet pass isn’t scanning at the register:

  • Increase your phone’s screen brightness
  • Make sure the barcode is fully visible (not cut off or zoomed in)
  • Try opening the pass directly from your wallet app rather than showing a screenshot
  • As a backup, provide your phone number so staff can look up your account manually

I need to update my details

To update your account details:

  1. Log in to https://mangia.lamanna.com.au or open the app
  2. Go to My Profile > Update Details
  3. Update your name or email address
  4. Save your changes

I want to delete my account

To request account deletion, open the app, navigate to My Profile, and tap Delete my account.
