How to redeem rewards

Use your points to claim rewards from the Rewards Store, then redeem them in-store or via me&u.

Step 1: Purchase a reward

1. Open the Mangia Members app or go to mangia.lamanna.com.au/member/points
2. Navigate to the Rewards Store.
3. Browse reward items and select one you’d like to claim.
4. Click Purchase to exchange your points for the reward.
5. The reward will move to your Gifts section.

Step 2: Redeem your gift in-store

1. At the register, scan your digital wallet pass.
2. Let the staff member know you’d like to redeem a gift.
   • The gift item (e.g. Bolognese Lasagne) must be scanned at the register.
3. The staff will look up your available gift and apply it to your transaction.
4. Your gift will be marked as redeemed in your account.

Step 3: Redeem your gift via me&u

If your gift is a Cafe or Fornoria menu item:

1. Add items to your online order (me&u) as usual.
2. Before payment, your available gifts will appear as an option.
3. Select the gift you’d like to apply.
4. Complete your order and the gift discount will be applied automatically.

Important: Gifts are single-use only and cannot be split across multiple transactions. Gifts expire 30 days after being purchased from the Rewards Store. You cannot combine multiple gifts in one transaction. Unused gifts cannot be converted back to points.
