When you purchase a reward from the Rewards Store, it becomes a Gift in your account.
What’s the difference between a reward and a gift?
- Reward Item: An item available in the Rewards Store that you can purchase using points.
- Gift Item: A reward you’ve purchased or received, ready to be redeemed on your next visit.
Where to find your gifts:
- In the Mangia Members app, tap the Gifts tab.
- Via the web portal, go to the My Gifts.
How to use your gifts:
- Grab your gift off the shelf (e.g. Bolognese Lasagne).
- Scan your digital wallet at the register.
- Tell the staff member you’d like to redeem a gift.
- They will apply the Gift to your purchase.
Or, if ordering via me&u for a café or Fornoria item, your gift will appear as a redemption option before payment.
Gift rules:
- Gifts expire 30 days after being claimed.
- Each gift can only be used once.
- Gifts cannot be combined with other gifts in the same transaction.
- Expired or used gifts are automatically archived in your account.
